ReplyDeleteFor too long the people of this country have been taken for granted. Waiting for 12 years just to get a meagre hike, while the joker corrupt politicians guzzle up the land and the resources of this country, and fill up their overseas bank accounts with crores of tainted money. Suffering the indignity of getting a hike of 1000 rupees so that finally they can pay their house loan for a middle-class 2-bedroom apartment while the private company employees enjoy their homes in high-rise top-end posh localities.
ReplyDeleteFirstly Thank you Justice Srikrishna and his team for timely submission of report, it is not so easy as people think.
ReplyDeleteSecondly details will be only known after the report is put in the parliament, Wait is not over!
Very good Manisha
ReplyDeleteplease be in touch and update the news and also the list of pay scales is very much awaited.

ReplyDeleteone can expext atleast 40 percent
ReplyDeleterise in his/her salary
but whats the full report? how are the pay scales? what benefits they recomend?
ReplyDeleteplease post the salient features of the report for all of us.
ReplyDeletegood work Manisha.
ReplyDeleteGood at last that the agony of the central government employee in waiting for a due share of increase in their salaries is half filled. let us hope for the early implementation by the Government to keep morale of the employees
ReplyDeleteno comments posted still...the report is available on the website...what about its interpretation?>??????
ReplyDeleteStill there is lot of confusion in understanding the 42 to 50 per cent hike in salary; is it hike in just pre-revised basic pay or hike in gross salary needs to made clear.
ReplyDeletefriends hike is only 20 % those who stay in govt. accommodation......don't feel so happy about it...
ReplyDeleteThe positiveness of the report regarding the govt employees have been blown out of proportion by all the news provider. They are all trying to play a cheap marketing game with this report.Details are not clear and no better hope for the employees. The politically biased ministers and the news provider seems to be two sides of the same coin.
ReplyDeleteI have gone through report.Recommendations are not as per expectations for Middle Level Officers. If govt allows their exit through VRS, I think most of the engineers would like to leave the Govt.
ReplyDeleteI Wish Govt to accept the recommendation about the VRS after 15 yrs of service. Most of its Group A talent will go.Railway Engineers, CPWD Engineers, Hydro Power Engineers are in great demand in market. Now it is clear from this report that Govt does not want them to remain with Govt.
ReplyDeleteany idea when we can expect the hiked salery.
