IR Unlikely

It is learnt from our sources that there may not be any Interim Relief (IR)(as some of you may be waiting) because the Sixth Pay Commission is expected to give its report within this year.
Commission is going to get reports of various studies being done by Management experts and various institutes sometimes in the second part of this year and these reports may be included in the final report of the Commission. This report is exepcted to be submitted to the Govt. at the end of this year. Therefore, it is unlikely that the IR may be announced by the Government.

Its again anti-employee policy of congress. They seem to be following BJP. That's why they are losing everywhere.

Already the anti employees attitude had started showing the downfall of the government in various elections..not announcing IR would wind up the remaining story in no time!!!!!Beware

Prp study started in Jan 2007 with a time frame of 4/5 months say May 07. Cost to the Govt due to increase in salary started in Feb. 07 to be completed with 4 months say May 07. Both are co related so hopefully commission can submit first report by June/july 07 so where is the question of IR. There is confusion on the issue. FM says that matter stands woth SPC and asked to submit report early on 25.11.2006 in LS. Shri Bansal siad in march that they have not asked for any interim report as due to inflation,IR can not be given. SPC is silent on the issue. As there is no IR,we donot know the effective date. Unfortunately our associaion/JCM/union are divided on the issue and some want early report so they are also not insisting on IR. The result will be that even if SPC submit the report, FM may take another six months for study (not needed actualy but since elections are away,it may take) so by January 2008 we may come to know about the out come. As there is no provision of IR nor for allownces,it will be made in Feb 2008 so implementation may take in 2008 only. Your 2 years gone due to non announcement of IR. Hope may prediction go wrong but let us face the reality and hope foe a better 2008.

Now the inflation is down to 5.74 from 6,73, Will our FM will be kind enough to declare IR or interim report?

If the Govt. ( read FM) doesnot pay its employees handsomely this time in the 6th Pay Commission, the people and the major party at the helm of affirs, be prepared for a kick on the back during the next election. More over, in that situation, many of ours' perception will stand vindicated that the Govt doesnot want us to stay in the job and if possible leave our jobs.

NO IR will be given. Instead, salary service tax will be introduced.
    Be prepared...

    Haa haa..

Good suggestion to FM. Mr. FM will implement it within minutes and introduce the highest possible "Salary Service Tax" to kill the Governmetn Employees. Thanks a lot to him... Government employees will see the India prosper from all above the heaven.
Thanks a lot to Mr. FM..... So, great of him. All employees must thank him for sending us to heaven. We must spread flowers over the FM from all above heaven for his so kindness towards us. We must vote Congress for the several centuries coming up….. And our parentless children must pray the FM like GOD. He is our GOD – not to give birth… but to kill. Thanks!!! Once again.

Govt. is torturing employees they will torture public out of frustation of working on low salaries. Govt will cheat employees by not paying arrears from 06 then public has to pay them through corruption. this is visicious circle. politicians do not bother as they have hands full of money. IAS/PCS/Judiciary don't bother as they have other means est have to suffer at the hands of govt
